Here’s a walkthrough of Count Reuven’s Treasure in Witcher 3.

This quest is recommended for level 12 and starts during the main quest Get Junior.

Follow the current

Keep examining clues as you follow the current. The blue line which indicates the current is also shown on your map.

At this point, you should take the Pop’s Mold Antidote to protect yourself. The antidote is in your inventory as Djikstra gives it to you.

Look for clues at the side room

Next, you’ll need to go to the bathhouse side rooms.

Look for clues. The first one is the oil on the water.

Next, you’ll see a cylinder bottom behind the bath.

Search the hidden room

Enter the hidden room and look for more clues.

Once you’re done, head downstairs and you’ll see Triss and Djikstra waiting.

Meet Triss at the shrine

Your next objective is to reach the shrine of Eternal Fire. The location is on the map.

You need to meet Triss around midnight. Use your meditation to fast forward time to 12 am.

Turn Triss in

The plan is to bring Triss in to meet Menge.

Follow the witch hunter leader

After convincing them that you need to talk to Menge alone, you’ll have to follow them in.

Let Triss be tortured or not

This is where you need to decide. If you let Triss Merigold be tortured, you’ll be allowed to talk to Menge alone.

But it’s hard as you’ll hear Triss screaming from the torture. The good side is that you’ll have less work to do and you can extract information from Menge directly, before Triss gets rid of him.

If you choose the options that are against them, it will lead to a full on fight and more work to complete the quest.

You’ll need to kill the witch hunters in the building and there are quite a number of them. You’ll have Triss fighting alongside you.

We chose to fight and had to kill all of the hunters.

Menge will be in the room and you have to kill him without any conversation.

Search Menge’s desk

If you kill Menge, you’ll need to search his desk for clues.

Escape the outpost

To get out of the outpost, just climb out through the roof.

You’ll meet Djikstra right after you escape the area.

Find the drop box

If you had talked to Menge instead, the entire part below won’t be necessary.

As we had killed Menge, now we need to look for a drop box to contact Menge’s spy.

At the drop box, use it to put a holy tome to signal a meeting with the spy.

Go to the arranged meeting place

Next, head to the arranged meeting place outside of Novigrad.

Turn the time to 12 am and enter this hut.

Hide behind the door and a cutscene will load.

Kill him or take his memory

You can either kill the spy or take his memory.

We chose to take his memory instead. The quest ends here.
