Secret Medicine is a side quest available in Chapter 14 of Final Fantasy 7’s Remake.
Your task is to help a doctor in Sector 5’s Slums to find ingredients.

To begin the quest, speak to the doctor in Sector 5’s Slums, near the children’s House.
His location is shown in the map below.
How to get a behemoth horn
To get a behemoth horn, you need to defeat a behemoth.
You can find and defeat a behemoth as part of the quest Subterranean Menace.
How to get medicinal flowers
Medicinal flowers are available at the old church, i.e. the most northern part of The Sanctuary.
It’s also the most northern part of the map, above the Sector 5 Undercity Station.
You will find the flower nearby Kyrie in the old church.
How to get a Moogle’s Mortar
The Moogle’s Mortar is the easiest to get, as you can simply exchange for it with a Moogle Medal.
Go to the Moogle Emporium at the children’s hideout in the Sector 5 Slums.
Exchange it for only 1 Moogle Medal.
Return to the doctor
Once you have all the ingredients, talk to the doctor again.
You will be rewarded with a Telluric Scriptures Vol. III for Aerith.
