Envoys, Wineboys is the first quest of the Blood and Wine DLC in The Witcher 3.
In other words, you need to start this quest to enter the Blood and Wine DLC world of Touissaint.

Suggested level: 34 and above.
Meet the knights
To begin the quest, head to Stonecutters. You’ll find the knights from Touissaint there.
You should see this symbol at the front of the hut.
Geralt will then offer to help them with the bandits.
The bandits will choose to fight even if you choose the first option “listen to Palmerin”.
Defeat the bandits
Together with Palmerin and Milton, you’ll need to eliminate the bandits. There are quite a number of them.
After this part, there’ll be cutscenes until the next quest starts. You’ll be introduced to the land of Touissaint.
