Get seaweed first
You’ll need to find seaweed first. They can be found on the seabed surrounding small islands mostly.
Look for the clear water section and dive in to pick up seaweed. You don’t need any tool to pick them up.
Built a smelter
Next, you’ll need to have a smelter.
To build a smelter, you’ll need many ingredients including dry bricks.
Place seaweed in smelter
Once the smelter is ready, place the seaweed into the smelter.
You’ll need a plank to start the burning as well.
After some time, you’ll get a vine goo.
