Warlords of New York is the new DLC in Division 2 and this DLC also comes with new hunters.
The hunters for the Psycho and Drip masks both spawn in the same area.
Here’s how you can spawn the Psycho and Drip mask hunters in Division 2.
Unlike the other hunters in the base game, this one requires more steps.
Head to UDBG Laundromat
Your first destination is the UDBG Laundromat in the Civic Center.
The location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
Enter the building. You’ll clearly see the UDBG sign.
Go to the laundromat area. Look for the washing machine / dryer that says number “23”. Interact with it first.
The place will go dark.
Look around you and you’ll find that one fuse is missing.
Get a fuse
To get a fuse, fast travel to the ‘Chinese Supermarket‘ safe house at the top of Two Bridges.
Come out of the safe house and you should see a fenced area behind some buses, on the left of the Pizza Restaurant.
Go towards the big yellow rubbish dump at the fenced area and climb onto it. Go over the wall.
Once you’ve crossed the wall, you will see a door on your left. It will be locked.
To open the door, follow the yellow cable to the back of the wall, and climb over the wall.
Shoot at the circuit box.
Go back to the door as it should now be opened.
Enter the garage and go straight all the way to the end of the wall.
Interact with the fuse box to get a fuse.
Return to laundromat
Go back to the UDBG laundromat earlier. Interact with the fuse box first.
Then, go back to the number 23 washing machine / dryer and interact with it.
A key to room 23 will drop.
Find room 23
At the laundromat, there’ll be stairs heading up.
You should find the door which says 23.
Open the door and enter the room.
You’ll see some numbers and letters on the wall. Interact with it.
Find the next apartment
Your next destination is near Columbus Park. The exact location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
You will find a store which says ‘Clothing’. Don’t confuse this with the same store near the UDBG laundromat.
This branch is closer to Columbus Park. Towards the right of the store, there’s an alley.
Once you’re in the alley, look up. Shoot at the thing you see (image below), and a rope will drop down.
Use the rope to climb up.
Walk until you see a ladder. Go down the ladder.
Next, keep following the path and cross the steel vents to the next building. You’ll see a blockage here. Interact with it to push it down.
Once the blockage is gone, continue to the staircase. Climb up the staircase to the top floor.
Keep walking across the terrace and you will see a door at the end.
To open the door, you need to shoot the circuit box which is far behind you.
To locate the circuit box, just follow the yellow cables from the door and you will spot it.
Once the door is open, enter the room and you’ll find this writing on the wall ‘Dare You To Come Closer‘.
Interact with the burnt body.
Time to spawn the Psycho and Drip mask hunters
After interacting with the body, go to the exact location shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
It’s a burnt down skyscraper.
At the entrance to the building, you will see this dead man here.
Interact with the corpse and the hunters will spawn. Kill the hunters to get their masks.
