Professor Sharp’s Assignment 2 is one of the assignments you’ll come across in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to learn Diffindo but before that, you need to acquire and use an Invisibility potion and a Thunderbrew potion.

Acquire and use an Invisibility potion
To get an invisibility potion, you can either brew it or buy it from J. Pippin’s Potions at Hogsmeade.
If you wish to brew it, you need a Leaping Toadstool Caps, a Knotgrass Sprig and a Troll Bogeys.
You can find Toadstool Caps all around the forest. Knotgrass Sprig can be obtained from The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade.
Here’s how you can get a Troll Bogeys.
Acquire and use a Thunderbrew potion on enemies
You can buy a Thunderbrew potion from the same potions shop.
An alternative way is to brew it yourself. You’ll need Leech Juice, Shrivelfig Fruit and Stench of the Dead.
You can get Leech Juice from the coast near Hogwarts.
Shrivelfig Fruit can be obtained from The Magic Neep as well. You will then need to get Stench of the Dead from the undead enemies.
Use the potions
You’ll then need to use the Invisibility potion at any time. The Thunderbrew potion has to be used against enemies so I chose a group of them in the forest.
Return to Professor Sharp
When you’re done with the pre-requisites, return to Professor Sharp at the Potions Class.
Learn Diffindo
Then, learn Diffindo. It’s one of the damage dealing spells where it cuts the enemy. The quest ends here.
