Financial District (Wall Street) is one of the leads under the Financial District in the Warlords of New York DLC.
Your task is to look for James Dragov’s whereabouts and neutralize him.
Here’s a walkthrough of Financial District (Neutralize James Dragov) in Division 2.
Assault Dragov’s stronghold
Head towards his stronghold. You should encounter some of his men from the start.
Take out all of his men and secure the area.
Locate Dragov’s stockpile
Once the area is secure, enter the building to look for his stockpile.
You’ll come across more Rikers inside. Kill them all.
Head to the elevator and force it open.
Secure the stockpile
You will then come across his stockpile and a lot more men to kill.
While securing the area, secure the crates.
Just go near the crate and interact with it to secure it.
Kill the Duchess
After securing the crates, the mini boss Duchess appears. Take her out.
Reach street level
Once the area is secure, head out through the exit door.
You’ll need to descend down the spiraling floor. There’ll be enemies all the way down.
You’ll also need to watch behind you as some of them will spawn from the back after some time.
Neutralize the enemies as you go down.
To exit the building, you need to climb up the wall.
Then, use the computer to open the front door, but be prepared for another fight.
Reach the financial exchange building
After coming out, you’ll be greeted by tons of Rikers on the street.
There’s also a huge turret in the middle on what looks like a tank.
Take out the Rikers first.
Keep going further to get nearer to the turret when the coast is clear.
To destroy the turret, aim at the “X” on the tank.
Keep going further on the street and neutralize the enemies.
Secure Dragov’s Den
After reaching the end of the street, enter Dragov’s den.
Inside, you’ll meet a lot more Rikers. Take them out.
Watch out for a couple of heavily armored Rikers as well. They use a hammer if not mistaken.
After killing them, go towards the side and you’ll face more enemies.
Secure the area and continue going up to find Dragov.
You will then reach a room with party lights. Kill the enemies first.
Head to the financial exchange building
After clearing this room, continue walking towards the financial exchange building.
You will reach an outdoor space. Take out the enemies on the opposite side of the building.
After securing the area, go towards the enemies’ side and climb into the window.
Secure the trading floor
You will then reach the trading floor. Take out the enemies here.
Defeat James Dragov, Knuckles and others
After clearing the trading hall, there’ll be a blackout first and James Dragov comes in with a flashbang.
He will be accompanied with a few other heavily armored guards including Knuckles.
Shoot at the tanks on their backs until they explode to reduce their health quickly.
After killing them all, go to Dragov’s body and pick up a new skill.
The mission ends here but you can go back further to take some items.
Optional (collect hidden items)
Before reaching Dragov, you would have passed through some rooms.
They are accessible after you kill Dragov. One’s in the middle of a cage.
The other is a hidden room. After killing Dragov, you can open the door to the room.
To open the second door, shoot at the power circuit at the top right corner.
