Pathway Park (Kill Javier Kajika) - Division 2 Walkthrough (WoNY)

Pathway Park is one of the leads in Battery Park under Warlords of New York. It’s also for revealing the Fog of War.

Your task is to find Javier Kajika and kill him, and stop the drill used by them.

Here’s a walkthrough of Pathway Park | Kill Javier Kajika in Division 2.

Head to Pathway Park

To begin the mission, head to Pathway Park. It’s quite close to the Settlement (Haven).

On the way there, you’ll come across some patrolling mobs.

Enter the building.

Enter Pathway

After entering the building, you will encounter some enemies. Secure the area first.

Once the place is secure, head into the Pathway side of the building.

You will meet Javier Kajika early on but you can’t kill him yet.

He will keep baiting you and when you follow him, the shutters will come down.

Secure the area

It was a trap by Kajika and you need to kill the ambushers.

Watch out for the Cleaners with flamethrowers. To kill them quickly, try shooting at the tanks.

Track Kajika

After killing the enemies, continue searching for Kajika. Look for the power supply in the room beside the shutters.

Continue ahead and you’ll come across more men. Take them all out.

Once you’re done, continue finding for Kajika.

Find a way past the flooding

Next, open the shutters and proceed ahead.

Secure the area first. There’ll be a lot of enemies here.

To get rid of the floodwater, head to the control room.

Use the computer to lower the flood levels.

Take down Kajika

Once the water has dropped, go downwards. You will find Kajika and more men waiting.

Attack him until he runs away and secure the area after.

Continue tracking him. To proceed, you need to move the rock-like gate.

Reach the drill

While chasing Kajika, you also need to shut down a drill. Keep following the route towards the drill.

Kill the enemies along the way.

There’ll be more enemies waiting here.

After securing the area, continue through the door to look for the drill.

Destroy the drill

Clear the enemies while heading towards the drill. There’ll be flames from the side but they only come out for a few seconds, and you can get past it.

Keep going and clearing the next area.

Use the ladder to proceed.

Activate the crane

You will then reach a no respawn zone and your first objective is to activate the crane.

Protect the explosives

After activating the crane, more men will come. Take them out and protect the explosives.

The crane will stop after awhile and you need to reactivate it. The control panel is further ahead.

After re-activating the crane, more guys will come. Take them out.

You will need to reactivate the crane again through another control panel.

As usual, kill the guys and re-activate the crane yet again.

Track Kajika

Once it’s done, continue tracking Javier Kajika.

You will then come across many enemies as you head towards his whereabouts.

Keep going until you reach this door.

Take down Kajika

Finally, you’ll face Kajika again. Kill the enemies on the other side first.

Javier Kajika will then appear after sometime. He will be accompanied with more heavily armored men.

Drain the floodwaters

During the battle, Kajika will release toxic smoke and you have to get to the other side.

To do so, you need to drain the floodwaters.

Look for the lever and pull it. After it’s pulled, you still need to wait for a bit before the bridge comes up.

Once the bridge is up, run towards the other side to avoid the smoke, and continue killing the Cleaners.

Javier will also be waiting. Keep dealing damage to him.

Smoke will rise up yet again and you have to pull the lever to drain the floodwaters.

To get to the next spot, you have to jump down to the shallow water nearer to Kajika’s location. That’s where the smoke can’t reach you.

Kill Javier Kajika

Continue taking down Kajika and his men until they all die. You’ll probably need to watch out for his sniper as well as the damage is much harder than usual.

After killing Kajika, loot his body to receive a new skill and items.
