The ring you can get as a Sengoku character in MapleStory is pretty good because it allows many star force enhancements.
The quest to get it, however, is a little boring and lengthy.
Here’s how you can start the quest to get the Kanna’s Treasure (ring) in MapleStory.
This only covers up to the ring.
Initial quests
To get the quest, you need to reach level 140 first as a Kanna, or other Sengoku character.
You will see a quest under the Sengoku section called Regards, Takeda Shingen.
You can find him at Momiji Hills 1. The portal is at the left-most side of Momijigaoka town. You can get back to Momijigaoka from Zipangu. Zipangu can be reached using the Dimensional Mirror.
He will then ask you to collect 30 of the Magic Spells.
Just hunt in Momiji Hills 1, 2 & 3 for the Magic Spells. The spawn rate is pretty low though, even with Kishin.
Once you’re done, you will be given another quest. Find Contaminated Goblin Detritus to grow the Bitter Resurrection Herb. At Momiji Hills 1, look for the upper left portal as it leads to Hidden Field of Momiji Hills 1.
You can find the Contaminated Goblin Detritus from the Hidden Fields (1, 2 & 3).
After collecting 30 or 40 of them (can’t remember exactly), look for the herb. We found it at the third map (Hidden Field 3). It looks like a small green plant.
Now, just drop the Contaminated Goblin Detritus one by one. It will be absorbed by the herb gradually.
You can’t drop all of them, or they will be counted as only 1.
Just keep dropping 1 at a time. You don’t have to wait for the herb to absorb it but you can drop all of them as singles.
Once the plant reaches the last stage (herb has some red patches on it). Click on it with your mouse to get the herb.
Speak to Motonari next.
Then, head to the portal on your left in town. You will suddenly reach Ayame instead of Momiji Hills 1.
Enter the dungeon
Next, you need to enter the dungeon. You can choose to play as one of three characters.
Choose Kanna if you want the ring alone. To get the other treasures, you need to do the quest with the other two characters.
Inside the dungeon, you will get new skills. You have to key-map the skills first.
You will then meet a Mysterious Boy. He will ask for your help to get stuff. The first item is inside the bush beside him. Just click on the bush to get it.
Next, he’ll ask you to find more items. Use the top portal to find them.
The next set of quests require you to kill some brainwashed soldiers. Use the portal on your right to find them.
The first round is spearman, followed by swordsman and captains.
After killing the captains on horses, talk to the boy again. He’ll meet you at the East Tower Area.
Talk to him and then click on the altar.
Enter the building and you’ll need to defeat Miroku.
After defeating her, get out of the building and head to the right portal.
You’ll meet Ranmaru now.
Continue going to the side and you’ll see this fish monster. Enter the building next.
There will be a series of fights here, starting with Shogun.
You will then meet Princess Nou. She’ll summon the Demon King but the king doesn’t follow her orders.
Defeat Princess Nou
Head towards the right portal again and enter this building / West Tower.
You’ll have to defeat Princess Nou here.
After defeating her, click on the shrine first.
Pick up the mirror first. Then, click on the quest completion on your head to go back to Ayame.
You’ll then get Kanna’s ring.
