Last updated on June 28, 2020 by A L

Where It All Started is a main mission in Bounty of Blood in Borderlands 3.

Your task is to stop Rose and the bomb to prevent the Ruiner from coming to life.

Here’s a walkthrough of Where It All Started in Borderlands 3.

To begin the mission, meet Juno at The Blastplains. Her location is shown in the map.

Meet Juno

As you arrive, there’ll be Devil Riders waiting for you.

Use your Jetbeast to get rid of them first.

Enter inside the compound and Juno will be there. Clear the Devil Riders first.

Talk to Juno and get the telezapper upgrade.

This will allow you to go through portals.

You can now use the telezapper.

Go to launch facility

Once you can use the telezapper, continue heading towards the launch facility.

You’ll encounter some wild beasts along the way.

Continue until you reach more Devil Riders and take them out.

Walk further and you’ll reach Topside Access West. Once again, take out the enemies here.

Open force field

After the area is secure, you need to open the force field to go through.

Use the device but it will fail.

Head on over to the top right side of the building. There’s a telezapper here.

Stop bomb launch

Once you’re in the building, follow the route to try to stop the bomb launch later.

Take out the enemies along the way.

You will then reach a presentation room. Use the keyboard to start the presentation.

You will now reach the underground area. Clear all of the enemies as you proceed.

To get to the next area, use the breezebloom to jump to the higher platform.

You will then see huge carts being moved at the top.

To get up there, jump on the small wooden platform first. From there, jump onto the cart when it passes by.

You will reach another area with more enemies to kill.

Keep going until you reach an elevator. Use the device to call the elevator.

Be prepared for a mini boss fight.

Defeat the Quartermaster and the Oaken Wolf

Once you’ve reached the lower floor, there’ll be a cutscene and you’ll need to defeat both the Quartermaster and the Oaken Wolf robot.

To defeat them, it’s better to attack the Oaken Wolf first until the health is at the minimum.

It will protect itself with a barrier and becomes immune from attack.

This is when you start attacking the Quartermaster.

The Quartermaster seems to be vulnerable when the Oaken Wolf is still recovering. It may work both ways.

Once you’ve destroyed the Quartermaster’s machine, he will come out of it and attack you.

Kill him first and you can then destroy the Oaken Wolf.

Stop bomb launch

Continue chasing after Rose. You will be too late to stop the bomb launch. Go down the platform and you will see a path ahead.

As you get out of the area, the bomb will explode and the mission ends here.
