Raft just launched Chapter 2 which comes with new features and new islands.
One of them is Caravan Island and it has its own challenges as well.
To enter the infirmary, you need to first find the infirmary key.
Here’s how you can find the infirmary key (location) in Raft.
Look for the bicycle
First of all, look for a certain unique bicycle that is connected to a huge red pipe that goes underwater.
This bicycle is located at ground level on the island, somewhere towards the back-area of the island.
Descend all the way down
Before you do this, you may want to craft an oxygen mask (tank) and a pair of flippers.
They will help you a lot with this.
Then, dive into the water and follow the same red pipe all the way down.
Along the way, you may encounter around 4 pufferfish or more which you can kill to get explosive goo.
To maintain your oxygen levels, look for bubbles underwater as you descend further.
The bubbles will lead you to containers or spaces where you can take a breather.
Continue to go all the way down until you reach a blue container at the seabed.
Enter the container and take the infirmary key. You will also find a zipline part and a metal detector blueprint.
Use the key
After getting the key, go to the infirmary to unlock the door.
Inside, you’ll find a key to the mayor’s chest.
