Madam Kogawa’s Assignment 2 is a quest available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to practise flying near the Spires and near Keenbridge Tower.

Practise flying near the Spires
The Spires’ location is shown in the map below, southwest from Hogwarts.
When you reach the area, you’ll see five balloons in the air. Pop all of the balloons to complete this objective.
Practise flying near Keenbridge Tower
Next, head to Keenbridge Tower which is east of Keenbridge as shown in the map below.
The balloons will also be quite visible. Just follow the path with the yellow bubbles in between.
Return to Madam Kogawa
Head back to Madam Kogawa’s room near the flying class lawn.
Learn Arresto Momentum
You’ll then be able to learn the spell Arresto Momentum.
This allows you to slow down the motion of enemies and objects. The quest ends here.
