Arthur’s Grill and Bar review
We’ve visited this place a couple of times in the past and we’re here again as they have a special menu that includes a few Spanish dishes.
The place itself is popular with after-work office workers. They have a smoking section where many love to smoke cigars and a non-smoking section catered to people who are there just to eat.
The meal begins with a loaf of bread and the usual olive oil dip and butter. The bread was slightly tougher this time but it’s usually good.
We also ordered the cream of mushroom which was quite delicious and it also came with a slice of bread for dipping.
As for the special menu, we ordered a Seafood Paella which is a Spanish rice dish and it came with scallops, prawns and baby octopus.
The rice itself wasn’t as much as it looked, as it was only a thin layer of rice but it was okay as a dish for sharing.
We also ordered their burgers. One of it had wagyu beef and foie gras while the other was a chicken burger.
They were both in good portion and was quite tasty. The fries / sweet potato fries were both fried well and had a nice crisp.
Another Spanish dish we ordered was their croquettes. They had a nice layer of crisp on the outside and mushy potato in the inside. You can also see the cheese when you cut it open.
We also had salmon but I didn’t try it myself so I can’t comment on it.
All in all, it was a great meal at Arthur’s Bar and Grill.
