Food for Thought is a side quest in Cid’s Hideaway in Final Fantasy XVI.
Your objective is to simply deliver food to other refugees.

To begin the quest, go to The Fat Chocobo as shown in the map.
Talk to Kenneth
Speak with Kenneth, the Kitchen Head.
Serve Kenneth’s soup
You will then need to deliver Kenneth’s soup to three people in the tavern. They are all marked on the screen.
Return to Kenneth for your reward. The quest ends here.
