In The Shadow Of The Estate is a main story quest available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to follow Sebastian to meet his sister Anne at Feldcroft.

The required level is 15.
Meet Sebastian in Feldcroft
Head all the way west to Feldcroft as shown in the map below.
Go to the marked area and press wait for Sebastian to arrive.
Follow Sebastian Sallow to his house.
Enter the Sallow home
Next, enter the Sallow home to see the cutscene.
Speak with Anne and Solomon
After the cutscene, talk to Anne inside the house.
Then, speak to Solomon outside the house.
Talk to Sebastian
Once you’re done, talk to Sebastian outside.
Sebastian is set in his thinking that he can fix his sister’s curse.
Follow Sebastian
Then, follow Sebastian as he leads you to the attack site.
Defend Feldcroft
As you reach the area, a group of goblin loyalists await. Defeat them all.
A Loyalist Commander also appears after the first wave is done. Take him out.
Speak to Sebastian
After the battle, talk to Sebastian again.
Search the estate for clues
Use Revelio to highlight all of the clues you need to investigate.
You’ll then need to go to the destroyed house.
Inside, you need to investigate the portrait that belongs to Isidora Morganach, a former Keeper and Hogwarts Principal.
Continue to enter the building by destroying the rubbles blocking the path.
Head down to the cellar.
Explore the cellar
There are vines in the cellar that can hurt you. Use Lumos to shoo them away.
Collect the Morganach journal entries.
To proceed ahead, destroy the wood blocking your path.
You’ll eventually reach a mirror that leads to the Undercroft. Talk to Sebastian again.
Then, proceed into the Undercroft.
Examine the note
In the Undercroft, you’ll see a note inside the cabinet. Collect it and you’ll discover that it’s a Rune Diagram.
The quest ends here.
