The Lost Astrolabe is a side quest available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to help Grace Pinch-Smedley recover a lost Astrolabe.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of The Lost Astrolabe in Hogwarts Legacy.
To begin the quest, go to Lower Hogsfield.
You’ll find Grace at the dock.
Dive in the Black Lake and find the astrolabe
After talking to Grace, go further into the lake and you’ll see a purple area marked on your mini map.
Swim inside the Black Lake and head to the marked area. You will then see a number of spots on the lake where you can search.
Do search every single one of them as you can get gear as well.
After finding the Pinch-Smedley Family Astrolabe, return to Grace.
Talk to Grace
You then have three options, between giving it back, or selling it or keeping the astrolabe.
I chose the first option which is the nicest one. You can probably refuse to give it but it’ll possibly affect your morality in the game.
