Professor Hecat’s Assignment 2 is an assignment-type quest available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to first perform the tasks (dodge rolling and Incendio) and later learn Expelliarmus.

Avoid enemy attacks by dodge rolling and casting Incendio
The requirement for Professor Hecat to teach Expelliarmus is to perform two tasks:
- successfully dodge rolling 10 times and;
- using Incendio five times
If you’re uncertain as to where to find enemies, you can always go to the Forbidden Forest to find spiders.
Attend class during the day
After fulfilling the requisites, attend the Defence Against the Dark Arts class during the day.
After the cutscene, talk to Professor Hecat.
Learn Expelliarmus
Learn Expelliarmus by going through the same process.
You can then experiment the new spell against the training dummy.
