The Sky Is The Limit is a quest relating to Albie Weekes in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to upgrade the broom and challenge Imelda’s time.

Purchase a broom upgrade
To begin, go to Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade and talk to Albie Weekes.
Purchase a broom upgrade for 4,000 coins.
Speak with Imelda Reyes
You will then need to find Imelda, all the way southeast in the second portion of the map.
To get there, you’ll need to go through a goblin mine. The location is shown in the map below, marked by the yellow circle.
You will see an entrance to the mine which is surrounded by goblins.
Enter the mine.
You’ll come across plenty of goblins inside. Make your way up.
You can use Disillusionment to avoid them all.
You’ll eventually find yourself in the bottom half of the map.
You’ll see Imelda Reyes waiting for you. Talk to her.
Place in the Coastal Broom Trial
As usual, you have to beat Imelda’s time which is shown as the best time. To win this race, you’ll need to pop some yellow bubbles to increase your speed.
Don’t miss the rings or you’ll get a 3-second penalty each ring.
After beating her time, talk to her.
Return to Albie Weekes
Finally, head back to the Spintwitches Sporting Needs shop and talk to Albie.
