Speak to Sebastian
To begin the quest, head to the Great Hall. You’ll see Sebastian and Ominis arguing.
Wait for Ominis to leave and then talk to Sebastian about it.
Here, he’ll ask you about the Dark Arts. I chose to be curious about it and so on, hoping that it leads to learning Dark Magic. It then led to another quest where I learned Crucio, the first of the Dark Arts.
This quest seems to end here.
