Follow the Butterflies is a side quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to follow a swarm of butterflies to get a chest.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Follow the Butterflies in Hogwarts Legacy.
To begin the quest, go to Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade.
Talk to Clementine Willardsey to begin.
Find the butterflies
Head to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flames as shown in the map below.
From there, go into the Forbidden Forest and head to the marked area. You’ll see a swarm of butterflies.
Follow the butterflies
You just need to follow the butterflies.
They will eventually bring you to a spot with a chest. Use Revelio to actually see the chest.
Return to Willardsey
Head back to Hogsmeade to talk to Willardsey.
The quest ends here.
