To begin the quest, talk to the Hufflepuff student in the Astronomy Wing as marked on the map.
Talk to Evangeline Bardsley to begin.
Return the missing bells to the tower
Head to the music class. Go upstairs and you will see that two bells are missing.
One of the bells is just on the stairs nearby. Use Wingardium Leviosa to bring it to the missing slot.
Go upstairs and you’ll find the second bell. Do the same thing and the bells will be returned.
Return to Evangeline
Head back to Evangeline to complete the quest.
