‘Beeting A Curse’ is a side quest available in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to help Samantha Dale return Marmaduke’s crest to solve her brother’s curse.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Beeting A Curse in Hogwarts Legacy.
To begin the quest, head to the greenhouse area.
Talk to Samantha Dale to begin. She’ll tell you that her brother was cursed for removing Marmaduke’s crest and his legs became beets.
Enter the Dale Family Tomb
Now, head southeast to find the Dale Family Tomb as marked in the map below.
Enter the tomb.
Return Marmaduke’s crest
You’ll come across some rocks blocking the path. Use magic to blast them open.
There’ll be routes that lead to chests but if you’re just going after the sarcophagus, look for the path blocked by Devil’s Snare / vines.
Use Lumos to get through. Be prepared to use Disillusionment as a troll awaits below.
You don’t need to fight the troll if you use Disillusionment to sneak past.
Follow the path and you’ll reach the sarcophagus. Return the crest of Marmaduke Gilbertus Dale.
Return to Samantha
Head back to the greenhouse and talk to Samantha to complete the quest.
