A Friend In Deed is a side quest by Sirona in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to help Sirona find some of her belongings.

Talk to Sirona Ryan
To begin the quest, speak to Sirona Ryan at Three Broomsticks.
Speak to Dorothy Sprottle
Now, head north to Upper Hogsfield as shown in the map below.
You’ll see a Dorothy Sprottle in the town. Talk to her.
You will need to find Horklump Juice for her but if you already have some then you can say so. In any case, there will be plenty of those later.
Find and enter the cavern
Then, look for the cavern west of that town as shown in the map below.
When you arrive at the entrance, you’ll come across a poacher and a Mongrel. Take them out.
Enter the cave. You can pick up some Horklump Juice outside. You’ll find a lot more inside.
Collect Sirona’s letters and letter box
Enter the cave. Clear the vines with a fire spell.
You’ll reach a small pond. Destroy the rocks with a damage spell like Confringo.
Inside, you’ll find some chests.
Go back to the original path. Destroy the wood blocking the way.
Slide down and you’ll see a Mountain Troll. If you wish to avoid, perhaps you should use Disillusionment first.
Then, make your way through the steel gate.
Break open the rocks with your spell.
Keep going until you reach the purple area on the mini map.
You’ll then find all five of Sirona’s letters and her letter box in the same area.

Return to Sirona
Head back to Three Broomsticks to return the box of letters to Sirona. The quest ends here.
