A Dragon Debrief is a very short quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
The only objective is to meet up with Poppy at Three Broomsticks.

Talk to Poppy
Head to the Three Broomsticks bar in Hogsmeade.
You’ll find Poppy Sweeting wait for you at a corner. Talk to her about the dragon egg.
She’ll ask you about your connection with Ranrok.
I chose to rather not say at present and she’ll won’t ask further on it. I’m not sure if the choices matter yet.
