High On Life is a new game by the co-creator of the well known series Rick & Morty.
It’s one of those games with hilarious dialogues all the way and takes you on a trip.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of the introduction / prologue of High On Life.
Play the video game
The prologue of the game is where you play a video game inside a video game.
Just follow the on-screen instructions and proceed following the path.
At one point, they’ll ask you to double jump but you’ll just fall.
Enter the vent by crouching.
Keep going and you’ll finally see enemies. Kill them with your gun.
Go until you reach a wide area where many enemies are.
Just take them out. At one point, you’ll hear your character’s sister calling out for you.
You’ll then stop playing the game and talk to her.
Check the fridge
Go downstairs and check the note on the fridge.
Go outside
Head outside and you’ll witness an alien invasion by the G3 group.
Walk towards the dead alien to get your first talking gun.
Head to the base
With your new gun, head to the alien base. Shoot all of the enemies on the way.
Enter the base and clear the area. Then, look for the pink crystal thing.
Head back home
Now, go back to your character’s house. It’s the only one with the opened door.
Go to the microwave and the gun will connect it to the device found on the spaceship.
The entire house will then jump to Blim City.
Look for Gene Zaroothian
You have to find Gene Zaroothian, an old bounty hunter. He’s the purple guy on the bench with no legs.
Talk to him and then activate the bounty suit. Press T to see waypoints.
Go to the Keeps Pawn Shop
Follow the waypoint. You’ll reach a set of stairs.
Go up and you’ll see the pawn shop. Enter the shop and fix your suit.
Now, head back to your house to meet Gene.
You’ll then get your first bounty.
