Bounty: Dr. Giblets is one of the bounties you’ll need to do in High on Life.
Your objective is to look for Dr. Giblets and kill him, plus retrieve a new Gatlian.

To begin the bounty, use the machine to accept it.
Talk to Blim residents
To find out where Dr. Giblets is, you have to talk to Blim residents.
The one you’re looking for is the yellow color dude. He’ll tell you to talk to Blorto. (Edit: It seems like he may look different in every playthrough). In any case, he’ll say he is Michael Taint.
Talk to Blorto
You will find Blorto at his usual shop.
Head to the slums
After getting intel that you should go to the High on Life store, head to the slums.
Handle the Torg gang
On the way there, you’ll meet some Torgs (ants). Take them out.
After defeating the first wave, go over the barrier.
Go to High on Life
You’ll need to go to the High on Life store via the river.
Use the hookbugs and your jetpack to go there.
On the way, you’ll encounter more G3 enemies. Take them out.
Follow the waypoint and enter the building.
As you exit the building, you should see the store.
Investigate High on Life
Inside the shop, talk to all of the employees wearing blue t-shirts. Finish all the dialogues.
Then, you’ll be able to talk to the manager in the black shirt.
After that, some guys will appear to warn you.
Return home
To get back, you need to take the boots off the dead guy who was trampled on.
Use the boots and you can walk on magnetic walls.
Head towards the back of the shop.
Follow the waypoint there. You’ll see some G3 members on the way. Hover over to the other side of magnetic walls.
To go home, follow the waypoint until you reach a portal.
Talk to Clugg
You’ll meet the same two guys at the house. They’ll bring you to meet Clugg.
Enter the portal to meet him.
Take the map data for Dr. Giblets’ location.
Head to Zephyr
To go to Zephyr, you can use the bounty 5000 machine. Look at the portals menu and choose Zephyr Paradise and choose the place with the marker.
Find Dr. Giblets on Zephyr
As soon as you arrive, take out the G3 enemies.
Walk through the warped bridge.
Keep following the waypoint there.
On the way there, you will find a chest hidden inside a container. There’s an item called Womb Chamber which gives your Creature gun more kids alive at once.
After getting that item, continue following the waypoint. You have to cross the toxic river.
There’s some magnetic walls on the rock that you can use to walk on.
Locate the cry for help
Next, go to the cry for help. You’ll meet a Moplet who is dying.
He’ll keep talking but you can shoot him to end his misery quicker, or just listen to the dialogue.
Investigate Dr. Giblets’ base
Enter Dr. Giblets’ base and investigate the area. Use your waypoint button and you’ll see all those highlighted in red.
Scan them.
After you’re done, the next door is open.
Continue to investigate all of the relevant stuff.
Do the same for the next room as well.
Take out Dr. Giblets
Head outside and look for Dr. Giblets.
As soon as he appears, he’ll slip and kill himself falling down.
Survive the attacks
The actual boss fight for this is to survive waves of G3 enemies.
After one point, the base will be filled with toxic gas. You can use your jetpack to go onto one of the higher platforms.
You’ll then need to defeat waves of enemies that appear from warped bases.
Escape the base
Finally, you can leave the area using the magnetic walls and go up.
You’ll find yourself in the room with the Gatlian. Retrieve it.
Press the button to start the portal and return home.
Talk to Gene
Finally, talk to Gene and turn in the bounty.
