To begin the quest, meet Dr. Livingstone outside of Mondstadt. She’s near the first waypoint outside of Mondstadt’s front gate.
Talk to Livingstone
Talk to her to collect the item she needs delivered.
Give the goods to Dr. Edith
Next, go south of the area until you reach Windrise. You can also fast travel to the Statue of The Sevens in Windrise which is faster.
Dr. Edith is standing near the gigantic tree. Give the goods to her and the quest is done.
