The Wages of Guilt is a main quest available in Final Fantasy XVI.
Your objective is to talk to Cid after Clive discovers he’s the Dominant of Fire.

(Optional) You can craft a Stormcry
After the previous quest, you would have obtained a drop from Garuda.
You can use it to forge a Stormcry sword at the blacksmith.
Speak with Cid
Head to the main chamber to talk to Cid.
Journey to the Kingfall
Finally, head over to Kingfall using the world map’s fast travel. You have to find Gav there.
