How to start the quest
To begin the DLC, you must first buy the DLC (unless you have the Season Pass) and update the Borderlands 3 game.
Once you’ve done so, you will find the quest inside Sanctuary.
Go to Tanner’s office in the ship and interact with this item.
Next, select Krieg’s Mind as the destination for Sanctuary.
To head to the Psychoscape, use the drop pod at the basement of the ship.
Go to the Screaming Meadow
Once you’ve reached the planet, head to this huge open area.
Just walk around until you see a gigantic Krieg appear.
Survive the attack
In this part, you simply need to survive the attack.
There’ll be all kinds of bombs and saws moving across the field. Keep dodging them.
You don’t need to kill every COV member. Just survive until the attacks stop.
Enter doorway
Next, enter the doorway to the Psychoscape.
Speak with Sane Krieg
You will meet Sane Krieg at Sanity’s Sanctum.
Not long after, Psycho Krieg will appear.
Wait for the two of them to finish talking. Then, take the Red Orb from Psycho Krieg.
Follow Psycho Krieg
Follow him down the steps.
Place the orb
To open the first destination here, you need to place the orb.
The quest ends here and you begin with the next quest to obtain a buzz-axe.
