Twisted Nerves is a side mission in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Your task is to find out where the man is actually from as he lost his memory.

Find the man
Your first objective is to find the man. He is located at the Channels Province, just southwest of Misty Range.
The exact location is shown below, marked by the beacon.
Talk to the man
There shouldn’t be hostiles here. Speak to the man.
Find the base
Next, look for the Cold War Ruins. It’s located just nearby from the man, also within the Channels province.
The exact location is shown in the map below, marked by the blue player location.
You should see buildings with a bananafish painting on them.
Find intel on man
The Cold War Ruins is filled with enemies. You can kill them all or just sneak in stealthily.
The exact location of the intel is shown below, marked by the blue player location.
It’s on the desk inside the building.
Reach the Auroa Power Plant
You’ll then get a hint that the man was at the Auroa Power Plant.
Head to the power plant, which is in the southern part of Channels.
Find intel on the man
You can sneak into the power plant by breaching the fence.
Enter the main power plant building. There’ll be Sentinels with the intel symbol on their head.
Shoot any one of them (with the intel symbol) in the legs. Grab and interrogate them for further intel.
Head to the monitoring center
The exact location of the monitoring center is shown below, marked by the blue player location.
You’ll find intel in what looks like the server room.
Head to the northeastern chimney
Next, go to the tall chimneys. Head to the northeastern one.
Climb up the ladder and you’ll find a jacket at the top of the chimney.
Talk to Seymour
Apparently the man’s name is Seymour and he is a scientist. Go back to Seymour; he’s where you found him.
Speak with him.
Escort Seymour to Step Up startup
Bring Seymour all the way to the Step Up startup building. It’s about 700 meters away.
You can use a vehicle to bring him.
The location of the startup is as shown below.
Speak with the two scientists waiting outside the startup area. The mission ends here and you’ll get Skell Credits.
