The Demon Seed (Dreadmist Peak Location): WoW Classic Guide

The Demon Seed is a quest you will receive at Far Watch Post in World of Warcraft (WoW) Classic.

Your task is to bring a flawed power stone to the altar of fire at Dreadmist Peak.

Here’s a walkthrough of The Demon Seed in WoW Classic.

To unlock the quest, talk to Ak’zeloth at the Far Watch Post.

Take the flawed power stone

First of all, grab the flawed power stone beside Ak’zeloth when you’re ready.

The stone only has a life of 30 minutes or slightly below 30 minutes.

Head to Dreadmist Peak which is located slightly northwest of the Crossroads.

The exact location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.

Climb up the mountain the regular way. Look for the least steep way.

At the top, the surroundings will turn red and you will find plenty of Burning Blade mobs here.

The altar of fire is not at the uppermost platform. It’s actually right below the peak in a small cavern in front of the Burning Blade campsite.

You shouldn’t miss it as there are many mobs surrounding the area.

Interact with the altar of fire to destroy the demon seed.

Once the seed is destroyed, get back to Ak’zeloth to claim your reward.
