Space-Crime Continuum is a task by Lilya in Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds.
Your task is to help Lilya Hagen salvage a cache of Atla-Vitae gas from a hidden lab.
Here’s a walkthrough of Space-Crime Continuum in The Outer Worlds.
This quest begins right after completing Salvager In The Sky.
Head to Stellar Bay
Your first objective is to reach Stellar Bay.
Get the passcode
You will need to get a passcode from Lilya’s agent who went missing in Stellar Bay.
His dead body’s location is shown in the map below, marked by the blue player location.
It’s at the back of a long building. Take the passcode.
Go to Fallbrook
After getting the code, go to Fallbrook to meet Catherine. Her location is shown below, marked by the green objective.
Enter the Malin’s House of Hospitality.
Speak to Catherine Malin
Talk to Catherine.
Tell her that you’re fixing her problem.
Head to Cascadia
Next, you need to find the secret lab. It’s located in Cascadia, as shown in the map below.
You’ll probably need to walk there from Fallbrook. There’ll be enemies along the way.
You’ll then come across the main entrance to Cascadia but it’s locked.
The lockpicking skill required is 90. If your skill isn’t that high yet, there’s an alternative entrance.
Go to the right side and you’ll see a small gap in the wall. There’ll be marauders in the area.
Take out the marauders and enter the compound through the gap.
Use the terminal
Head to the building where the secret lab is.
Use the terminal inside.
Key in the password Antideluvian.
Reach the secret lab
Once the door is open, you’ll see an elevator.
The elevator will bring you to the secret lab.
Find the message terminal
Once you’re in the lab, you need to find the terminal. It’s blocked by a door that requires 75 lockpicking.
There’s an alternative route as usual. Go around it and you will come across this mechanical guardian.
During the conversation, explain that you’re not a threat. As I was bringing SAM as a companion, it helped to prevent a fight.
Access the terminal and signal ADA to land on Cascadia.
Go to the fueling terminal
Once The Unreliable has landed, go to the fueling terminal.
Take out the Mantis along the way.
You will reach this terminal in front of those tubes of liquid.
Use it to align the fueling system.
Head to the gas regulation terminal
Next, you need to find the gas regulation terminal. More enemies will be here.
Use the terminal to connect storage tanks to the landing pad refueling system.
You’ll then be given 3 ways:
- Engineering 40
- Hack 60
- Overload plasma regulators
If you don’t have either the engineering or hacking skill required, then just choose the last option but you’ll have to escape.
Return to Lilya
Get out of the place using the nearby elevator.
Go back to Groundbreaker to meet Lilya at the SubLight building.
