After completing your second and third bounties, you’ll need to talk to Gene. He’ll ask you to watch the broadcast to see who Clugg is.
Talk to Magistrate Clugg
Now, use the portal to go to Clugg’s location. You’ll reach his office. Talk to him.
Take the human rescue tool
Then, take the human rescue tool on the table.
Talk to Gene
Return home to talk to Gene about it.
Buy a jetpack
Now, go to Keeps’ Pawn Shop to buy a Jetpack Reservation Card for 999 pesos.
Get some rest in your bed
To use the jetpack, you need to pass some time. You can explore the city if you want to or just go upstairs to your bed.
Test run the jetpack
After waking up, you’ll find yourself on the rooftop to test the jetpack.
