Buzz Kill is a story mission in Far Cry New Dawn relating to Grace Armstrong.
Your task is to help her find her modified saw launcher and some materials.
Here’s a walkthrough of Buzz Kill in Far Cry: New Dawn.
This mission’s level of difficulty is only 1 and you’ll get a modified saw launcher as a reward.
Find Grace Armstrong
Before you can start, you need to find Grace. Her location is shown in the map below.
When you get there, you will see some Highwaymen. Defeat the Highwaymen first.
Once they’re down, talk to Grace Armstrong.
Get to the old train yard
Grace will then ask for your help to retrieve her modified saw launcher from an old train yard. Some of the materials were also stolen and you need to get them back.
The location of the train yard is shown below.
Near where Grace is standing, there’s a vehicle and you can use it.
The train yard is about 1,200 meters away.
Take Grace’s stolen weapon
The new objective after you’ve reached the place is to get Grace’s weapon back. As expected, there are tons of Highwaymen here.
The location of the weapon is shown below.
Slowly and stealthily infiltrate the base. Kill the enemies quietly if you do not wish to alert the rest.
Get to the building with a zinc rooftop.
You can jump in from the rooftop.
The weapon you’re looking for is inside a container within the same building. The container is closed, so you need to open the door first.
Once you’re in, grab Grace’s stolen weapon on the table.
Secure the train yard
More Highwaymen will come in vehicles when you’re grabbing the weapon. Kill all of the new guys.
Retrieve the stolen materials
After some time, the objective changes. You need to retrieve the stolen materials. There are 3 of them in 3 different locations.
The first stolen material is the most accessible. It’s one of the containers on the ground where you have to open the door.
Once you’re in, look inside the safe box and grab the first of three.
The next one can be found on a container suspended in the air (image below).
You need to jump from another high platform to get there. The stolen materials are inside.
The last one is inside the container shown below. To get there, you need to play with the zipline.
While ziplining down, remember to press exit right before you reach the container, otherwise you’ll continue ziplining down to the ground.
Get to the top of the container. From the top, jump inside it and look for the stolen materials.
Return to Grace
Once you’ve retrieved them, get back to Grace in the location shown below.
This time, she’s parked her vehicle near the train yard.
Talk to her and the mission completes.
She will now join you guys in the Prosperity home base.
