Mission 7 of Devil May Cry 5 is called United Front and it involves either Nero or V.
Your task is to get to the demon tower as fast as possible using either Nero or V.
Here’s a walkthrough of Mission 7 (United Front) in DMC 5.
Before starting the mission, you’re given a choice of either Nero or V.
Defeat more demons
After choosing the character, you’ll spawn in an underground area and there’ll be plenty of demons here.
The Death Scissors is back. Use wire snatch to pull it towards you.
You will also be introduced to these Riot lizards.
Get through the train
To proceed further, walk through the broken down train.
You will reach some sets of stairs. Keep going up.
You’ll meet more demons around. Kill all of them before you can proceed.
You will also see these huge red blobs that form a wall. Defeat the demons and eventually destroy the red blob to get through.
Get down the escalator
Once the path is open, get down the escalator.
This time, you’ll meet a couple of Riot demons. Defeat all of them and destroy the big red blobs.
Continue on your journey
Once you’re done, continue going ahead.
You will reach another room with plenty of Qliphoth roots.
This time, you’ll be introduced to these purple mushroom demons. They will keep emitting energy balls at you, once every few seconds.
Destroy the mushrooms to stop it.
To proceed further, destroy the red blobs to get rid of the roots.
Go further down the escalator.
More demons will await you here. This mission has quite a lot of demons to kill compared to the previous ones.
Once again, destroy the red cores to open up a new pathway.
Get inside the train and walk towards the end. Get out of the train through the side door and you’ll reach a pathway in between two trains.
Defeat the demons
Once you get to the large open space, more demons will spawn.
Go up one of the escalators
This time, there’ll be escalators on both sides. I chose one side and it seems to work either way.
There’ll be demons all the way with some mushrooms to destroy as well.
As you get up, you’ll be greeted with even more of these Riot demons.
Continue out of the building
After clearing the demons, take the staircase up.
You will finally be out of the building. If you go further, a cutscene will load.
Defeat Proto Angelo and the guards
During the cutscene, you and V will meet up to get to the demon tower.
You will also have to defeat Proto Angelo (commander) and some of the Dark Knight soldiers.
The fight is quite easy as V will be fighting alongside you. The commander isn’t even strong in the first place.
This mission ends after defeating them. During the cutscene, V will look for the Devil Sword while Nero goes ahead to find Dante.
