Death Stranding: Order No.1 (Smart Drugs) Walkthrough

Order No.1 is the first mission or task you have to do in Death Stranding.

This one’s after the cutscene and you have to deliver smart drugs to Central Knot City.

Here’s a walkthrough of Order No.1 in Death Stranding.

Collect Smart Drugs

Before heading over to Central Knot City, you have to collect smart drugs.

They are located along the way to the destination. To find them, you can scan the area (press R1 on PS 4).

You’ll see the icons on your screen.

Take the smart drugs and place them on your back.

Keep collecting them on your way to the destination. You may also find Cryptobiotes. You can eat it to prevent Timefall Rain for some time.

There’ll be lost cargo in the area as well. You can collect any lost cargo you find for extra rewards as long as you can carry them.

Once you have the quest item, head over to Central Knot City.

One easy way to find the destination is to hold L1 (if you’re on the PS 4). You can see the destination marked on your screen while holding L1.

Keep going until you reach the city.

There’ll be more lost cargo on the way.

Once you reach the destination, use the terminal to deliver the smart drugs and the other cargo you find.

The first Order No. 1 completes here.

You’ll be able to see your mission stats and how many likes you earned.
