The Lost Arkalochori Axe is one of the support quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey in search for the man Swordfish.
Your role is to find this axe from a cave and return it to a priestess in exchange for information.
Here’s a brief walkthrough of The Lost Arkalochori Axe in AC Odyssey.
To start the quest, talk to the priestess. This quest is recommended for level 29 but it may follow your character’s level.
Find Arkalochori Cave
The first thing you have to do is to locate the place. The axe is inside the Arkalochori Cave. Its exact location is shown in the screenshot below.
When you reach the place, you should see this entrance.
Beware of the bandits inside. Kill all of the bandits you see.
Keep searching and you will find the Arkalochori Axe somewhere near the treasure chest. Just loot everything and you will get it eventually.
Return to the priestess
Once you have retrieved the axe and cleared the cave, get back to the priestess in town. Her exact location is shown in the map below.
She’s at Heraklion. Talk to her to retrieve some information on Swordfish.
During the dialogue you can ask for information on Swordfish in exchange for the axe. You will also be given the option to choose whether to return the axe or keep it.
I’m not sure what would have happened if I chose the latter.
And that’s it. You will get some drachmae for completing this quest.
