Assassin's Creed Odyssey: The Erymanthian Boar (Walkthrough)

The Erymanthian Boar is one of the mythical animals that you can kill in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Your task is to kill the Erymanthian Boar and deliver its pelt to Daphnae, a Daughter of Artemis.

Here’s a walkthrough of The Erymanthian Boar in AC Odyssey.

This quest is recommended for those level 42 and above, but it may differ according to your own level.

Find the Erymanthian Boar

To begin, find the Erymanthian Boar that is in Elis. The exact location of the boar is shown in the map below, marked as the quest symbol.

You can find the boar hiding inside a derelict settlement. It will come charging at you as soon as you get near.

Kill the boar

This boar is definitely huge and has horns like a buffalo or antelope. It’s also one of the most annoying and deadly fights I have encountered so far.

This boar keeps emitting poison gases all around it, and your health depletes very quickly.

Even if you get someplace else, it will follow you and emit more gases. Keep hitting it and healing.

It takes quite a bit of patience to defeat this boar without getting killed. Keep dodging to avoid its frontal attacks and try to run to somewhere without the poisonous gas.

After killing the boar, you should get the pelt, a tusk, soft leather and some arrows.

Deliver the pelt to Daphnae

After killing the boar, get back to Daphnae. She’s normally at the Temple of Artemis in Phokis.

However, as I did this quest the last among the eight animals to hunt, you have to find her at Chios. Her exact location is shown in the map below, marked as the quest symbol.
