Hard To Artemis is a support quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey that relates to finding Medusa.
Your task is to enter the Daughters of Artemis’ hideout and retrieve a relic from them.

Explore the cave and find the relic
Your only objective in this quest is to find the relic that will be used to open the door to the Writhing Dread’s lair.
The exact location of the Daughters of Artemis’ campsite is shown in the map below, marked as the quest symbol.
As you reach the area, you will find yourself at the Huntress Village. It is heavily fortified with many Daughters of Artemis plus huge animals that will definitely try to kill you.
Since they are all level 49, it’s pretty tough to fight all of them. It’s easier to sneak into the cave.
At the end of the village is the Cave of Arktoi.
There are also bears and huntresses inside. You can kill the bears using the arrow skill that goes through walls.
Keep going until you find the treasure chest. Loot the chest and you will get the Gorgon Disk and a Viper Bow.
And that’s it for this quest. Bring the disk for the subsequent quest where you have to open the lair, and it’s for level 50 and above.
