He Who Stops is a quest given by Kleon in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey where you have to rescue his messenger (Heremos).
His messenger is apparently held captive in Mt. Pentelikos Marble Quarry.
Here’s a brief walkthrough of He Who Stops in AC Odyssey.
Locate Kleon’s messenger
First of all, this quest is recommended for those level 20 and above (but it may change depending on your current level).
Your task is to rescue Heremos who was kidnapped in Attika and he should be at the mountains of Pentelikos.
The exact location where he’s taken is shown in the screenshot above.
This quarry is actually filled with soldiers including two captains. There are also treasure boxes to loot and an Ainigmata Ostraka. This is where the Ainigmata Ostraka is.
It’s on one of the elevated places.
You can find him right in the middle of the quarry, high up the place. There are guards all over the place, and you can stealthily eliminate them.
Once you’ve eliminated the guards, go to Heremos.
Interact with Heremos
You will find him hanging from a pole, obviously dead. Interact with the dead body by climbing onto the pole.
The quest completes here. You can choose to clear all of the objectives here. You should also free the captives, as it will unlock the subsequent quest, The Liberator.
