Ostracized is one of the quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. It’s related to the main story when you have reached Athens and met with Perikles.
In this quest, you’re tasked to rig the ostracism vote for one Perikles’ friends, which involves switching ostrakas at a guarded building.
Here’s a short walkthrough of the quest Ostracized in AC Odyssey.
This quest is recommended for those who are level 15 and above.
Look for Perikles’ contact
First thing is to find this friend of Perikles’ who happens to be at the Bouleuterion of Athens.
The location of that building is as shown in the image below (cursor). It should be somewhere there.
Next, talk to the contact and he will instruct you to go to Logismos Building to switch ostrakas for fakes.

You can sneak into the building through climbing the walls. There should be more than five or six guards here, all around level 15.
You can choose to either sneak around and do your mission or kill off all of the guards.
Below are the locations of the real ostrakas that you have to switch for fake ones.

All you have to do is steal them.

War supply and treasure locations in Logismos Building
Below is the war supply in Logismos Building. Just burn it with your torch.
There are also two treasure chests in this rather small building. They come with blue markers instead of the whitish-transparent ones.
The place is really small so it’s quite easy to locate them.
Get back to Perikles’ contact
Once you’ve cleared your objectives, get back to the contact at the Bouleuterion of Athens and talk to him.
Just watch the cutscene where you’ll also meet Sokrates and you’re done with the quest.
