Assassin's Creed Odyssey: A Family Ordeal (Quest Walkthrough)

A Family Ordeal is a quest by Odessa in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This quest is unlocked when you reach Megaris.

It’s recommended for level 11 so it should be fairly easy for you.

Here’s a short walkthrough of the quest A Family Ordeal in AC Odyssey.

You have to start the quest first by talking to Odessa. She may be a romance option in this game so keep doing her quests to progress further.

As stated above, the recommended level for your character is 11.

Gather medicinal herbs

The first objective is to locate the medicinal herbs and collect them. The exact location of these herbs are as shown in the screenshot below.

It’s pretty easy to find and they are close to one another.

They may look like plain grass but you should see the interact button coming out when you’re nearby.

This one is near the remains of a boat.

Now, go back to where Odessa is to deliver the herbs. When you reach, you should notice some ambushers attacking her in the village.

Get rid of all of them and you’re pretty much done.

Get back to her and deliver the herbs plus make some conversation choices (romance).

The quest then completes with drachmae and pants as reward. It also unlocks the next quest The True Story and you can do that right after.
