Helping A Healer is a character quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey which revolves around the NPC Lykaon.
He is supposedly a romance option in this game. This quest is recommended for those who are level 14 and above.
Here’s a short walkthrough of Helping A Healer in AC Odyssey.
Gather mandrake herbs for Lykaon
Start the quest by talking to Lykaon. He is symbolized by the exclamation mark in the map.
Once you’ve met him, you’re supposed to find five mandrake herbs for him. The exact location of the herbs are as shown in the image above. It’s in the woods close to town.
The only challenge you’ll face is a pack of wolves. Get rid of all of them and start collecting those mandrake herbs.
This is what a mandrake herb looks like. Just interact with it to collect it. All five of the herbs are located nearby each other.
Once you’re done, get back to Lykaon and he will make medicine to be delivered to three other NPCs.

The image below shows the exact locations of the three NPCs. Deliver the quest item (medicine) to them.
Once you’ve done delivering, get back to Lykaon and the quest completes. You will receive gloves and some drachmae for your reward.
Finishing this quest leads to another quest called Sins of the Past that unlocks immediately. You will then have to follow him to the next location instantly.
