This is a really short mission where you simply have to talk to the colonel.
You can find him at the highest spot on the map in Wizard Island.
Grab your bike and ride in circles to reach the peak of the camp.
As you get there, you’ll see this long tent. Go towards it and a cutscene will load.
The colonel will have a short conversation with you on how he plans to take the world back with men like Deacon helping him.
That’s all for this mission. You’ll earn 7,000 XP for this.
