The Ice Palace is a task by SubLight in Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds.
Your task is to stake Lilya’s claim over HRS-1084 as the rightful property of SubLight.

Head to HRS-1084
Your first objective is to go to HRS-1084. This location is unlocked after speaking to Lilya.
Restore power
Firstly, you have to restore power to the station.
Look for the engineering section terminal. Click on modify generator mode.
Negotiate with corporate commander
Once the power is back on, you’ll get a surprise call from a corporate commander.
You can avoid a fight if you choose the right conversational options.
At one point, you can intimidate him and he’ll leave. There are also options for bribery and lie.
Disengage mechanicals (optional)
Once you’ve dealt with the corporate commander, continue looking for the main terminal.
Along the way, you’ll meet a number of mechanicals.
There’s actually a station security terminal where you can disengage the automechanical recharge protocols with ’65 hack’.
You can also override the defense protocols with ‘100 hack’.
Go to the electrical control room
To get to the main terminal, you need to head past a room filled with overflowing electricity.
Lockpick into the electrical control room (or use the keycard if you have it).
Use the terminal to disengage checkpoint security.
Head to the main terminal
The checkpoint room will no longer be filled with electricity. Keep going until you reach the main terminal.
Use the terminal to insert SubLight Override Cartridge.
