The Beacons Are Lit is a quest in the Atlantis chapter of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Your task is to help Adonis deliver a package that will destroy a group of Kolossi.
Here’s a walkthrough of The Beacons Are Lit in AC Odyssey.
This quest is recommended for level 57 and above, but it differs according to your level.
Talk to Adonis
Firstly, talk to Adonis at Deukalion’s Heritage. His exact location is shown in the map below, marked as the quest symbol.
When you arrive, you’ll see Adonis talking to Persephone.
After Persephone leaves, Alexios will talk to Adonis. During the conversation, I chose the option that he should fight for the people.
Grab the device
Adonis will ask you to bring a device to the Kolossi storage area.
The exact location of the device is shown in the map below.
You need to first obtain the device. Get to the cave-like structure.
You’ll find the device inside. Carry it.
Transport the device to the Kolossi storage area
After carrying the device, walk out of the ‘cave’ towards the right side. You’ll see a road or path beside the cave. Follow it.
You should then reach a teleporter. Use it.
You will spawn in front of the Palace of the Kolossi.
Get to the front door and move the shelf. You have to use your arrow to destroy the pot blocking the shelf first.
Once the obstacle is clear, move the shelf.
Inside, you’ll find guards. Your aim is to avoid getting spotted or even kill any guard or Kolossi.
You can do so by walking towards the left side, using the bushes as cover.
Walk at the utmost left.
You will then reach this entrance. Enter the place.
Inside, you’ll find provisions that you can burn. I avoided burning it and went to the path on the left.
Keep going until you reach this weak wooden structure. Break it open.
Continue carrying the device ahead. You’ll then reach an area you can’t carry the device through. There’s a crack on the wall.
Leave the device on the floor.
Go through the narrow crack and get to the shelves. Move them away.
It will then open a hole on the ground. Get back up, grab the device and jump down. Get to this wooden entrance (image below).
You’ll reach this area shown below. You should see a teleporter down there. Walk towards the teleporter.
Use it and you’ll reach another area where there is one guard standing watch. He’s looking at the other direction. Get towards the wooden bridge.
To cross to the other side, climb on the tree branches and progress ahead.
You should then enter a building. Inside, a shelf is blocked by a vase again. Go to the other side and use your arrow to shoot the vase.
Move the shelf out.
Continue carrying the device upstairs and you’ll finally reach the Kolossi storage area.
Go to the middle of the Kolossi and you’re done.
During the cutscene, the Kolossi are killed by the explosion.
The quest completes here and you’ll get a Kolossi’s Pilum plus some drachmae.
