Space Administration HQ is a main mission in Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.
Your task is to reestablish the Division’s satellite network through this building.
Here’s a walkthrough of Space Administration HQ in The Division 2.
This mission is recommended for levels 11 to 15.
Get inside the HQ
Your first objective is to get inside the compound.
Just climb using up through the yellow cloth thingy.
Enter the NOA Headquarters
Once you’re in the compound, secure the area.
Next, head towards the NOA headquarters (image below).
Locate access to third floor
Find a way to get to the third floor.
You will meet more enemies on the way in.
Next, get to this door in the image below.
After going through, climb up the stairs to get to the third floor.
Gain access to the upper floor
After reaching the 3rd floor, you still need to head towards the upper floor.
There’ll be more hostiles to kill in this area.

Locate the satellite control room entrance
Next, you have to locate the control room entrance. Before you can do so, kill the enemies guarding this area.
Climb up the stairs and head towards the control room.
Activate the security shutters
In the control room, get to the computer to activate the security shutters.
Align 3 satellite dishes
Get out of the control room and head towards the outdoor area. You now need to align 3 satellite dishes.
There will be hostiles all over.
As in the image below, align the antenna. This process takes a long time, and leaves you vulnerable to enemies.
Eliminate remaining True Sons
After aligning the dishes, you have to eliminate the remaining True Sons.
Some of them are heavily armored (yellow HP bar).
Investigate the lower levels
Once the area is secure, look for a way to get to the lower levels.
Use this door in the image below.
After going in, there’ll be an elevator door you have to force open.
You should now reach an area with many astronaut figures.
As expected, there’ll be plenty of hostiles in here too.
Activate the crane
After securing the area, activate the crane using this laptop.
Escort the module
As the module moves, you have to secure the area as reinforcements will come in.
Activate module rotation
After securing the area, you need to activate module rotation again.
This time, you have to use this computer (image below).

Like before, you need to secure the area while escorting the module.
Access the decontamination area
Next, you have to get to the decontamination area. Get to this door with the green sign.
Access R&D lab
Next, you have to access the R&D laboratory. You have to first go through the decontamination part.
Keep going forward until you reach a room with a lever.
Pull the lever.
Secure the laboratory
After reaching the lab, you need to kill the enemies first.
Remove UHF transmitter
Once the area is secure, remove the UHF transmitter near the module.
Neutralize Master Sergeant
The boss will appear after he sets the place on fire. He should emerge from the upper level.
Eliminate remaining enemies
Once the Master Sergeant is dead, kill the remaining hostiles.
Reactivate network
Once the area is secure, reactivate the network using the computer.
The mission completes here. You will get the Global Communications achievement.
