Salvager In The Sky is a task on Groundbreaker in Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds.
Your task is to speak with Lilya of SubLight and try to get work from her.
Here’s a walkthrough of Salvager in the Sky in The Outer Worlds.
Find Lilya Hagen
Lilya can be found in the SubLight building in Groundbreaker. It’s near the promenade.
Head into the building and use the elevator to reach her office.
Before you enter the office, talk to Tobias Oyama for access.
Speak with Lilya Hagen.
Get clearance to Stellar Bay
Before you can get a job from her, she’ll require that you have direct access to Stellar Bay, Monarch.
One obvious way is to buy a Navkey from Gladys at Rest N Go, which is also part of the main quest Passage to Anywhere.
The alternative is to take the longer route, by landing at Cascadia of Monarch.
Cascadia is filled with creatures and you’ll need to go all the way north to Stellar Bay. If you can do that, then you will unlock Stellar Bay without buying the Navkey.
Once you have Stellar Bay access, speak to Lilya again. She’ll give a job to you.
The task ends here and you’ll unlock a new quest.
