After reaching your newest campsite in Chapter 6, Strauss has a final mission for you, i.e. Money Lending And Other Sins VI.
Your role is to look for two debtors, i.e. J. John Weathers and Arthur Londonderry.
Here’s a walkthrough on collecting debt from J. John Weathers in Red Dead Redemption 2.
To start the mission, talk to Leopold Strauss at the new campsite in Annesburg.
He will give you two names, but you need to find John Weathers first.
Find J. John Weathers
J. John Weathers is located west of Annesburg. His exact location is shown in the map below.
The area is pretty hilly.
You will find him repairing a wagon. Confront J. John Weathers.
As usual, he doesn’t have the money to repay the debt, but he can offer his supplies.
He also needs help as some gunmen are after him.
Kill the gunmen
The gunmen will appear and start shooting at you guys.
Kill all of them. There are only a couple of them.
After you’re done, you will find that the wagon is on fire and the supplies are all burnt.
His wife will then come out of the bushes and is pregnant.
You will now make a choice, i.e. whether to absolve the debt or reclaim the debt.
Personally, I chose to absolve the debt. And that’s it. Half of the mission ends here and you have to look for Arthur Londonderry next.
