Harlow’s Last Stand is a relationship-type quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your objective is to join Natsai Onai defeat Harlow and his men.

To begin the quest, head southeast to Manor Cape as marked in the map below.
Talk to Natsai Onai.
Defeat the Ashwinders
Enter the manor through the front gate. You’ll then be ambushed by the Ashwinders.
You’ll just need to defeat them all.
After the first wave, Harlow will show up himself.
Defeat Harlow
You will then need to defeat Harlow. He teleports a lot so you just need to watch your back.
After some time, he’ll use Avada Kedavra and you just have to counter him. He’ll eventually be arrested by Officer Singer after the fight is over.
Visit Natty in the hospital wing
As Natsai shields you from Crucio during the cutscene, you’ll have to visit her in the hospital wing.
The quest ends here.
